How your order is made, when it ships, and what to do if something isn't right.
processing time
Every BlankStyl piece is pressed to order by hand. Allow 2–5 business days for your order to be made and packed before it ships. During a drop launch this may run slightly longer — we'll communicate that upfront.
shipping
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Domestic: typically 3–7 business days.
- International: typically 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Members who reach 5,000 points unlock free shipping permanently on every future order.
international orders & duties
We ship worldwide. Import duties and customs fees may be charged by your country on arrival. These are the customer's responsibility and we can't predict or cover them.
returns
Pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Contact us through the contact page with your order number. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
exchanges
Return the original piece and place a new order for the size or style you want. Drops are limited so ordering quickly is the safest approach.
damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
